Right now it's just me, myself, and Earnestly Emma...but I hope that I'll be able to start meeting a lot of you soon and getting myself out there in the community.
I figured that if I'm going to start up a book review blog, then I should at least have an opening post explaining what types of books I prefer and how this whole thing will work.
As you can read about in my About page, it's mostly paranormal/sci-fi/dystopian/fantasy that tickles my fancy. I can definitely be convinced to read contemporary if it's not too insta-lovey, but I tend to prefer my heroines kick-ass and my stories adventurous and high-octane.
My rating system can be found here, in case anyone is unsure by this point what the 5-star rating system means.
And of course I won't just be reviewing books; you'll probably see lots of other posts as well (i.e. Waiting on Wednesday, interviews, cover spotlights, etc.).
